To provide the education, tools and the necessary environment for a new employee, and transform him or her to become a professional trader. This is an important part of my personal evolvement and a milestone for my career. The transformation of these people through training interaction is a great challenge and also a fantastic motivator to keep on achieving.
What was your biggest challenge on the job and how did you overcome it?
Sometimes this career means you have to be on call 24 hours a day, but if you enjoy what you’re doing you frame it as your lifestyle, knowing that you’re part of the engines that keep sea commerce going.
